Shanxi Yunnei was formerly Ford’s manufacturing plant in China. It has now established an exclusive strategic partnership with Hangzhou Mitang SILEKT. The cooperation mainly covers the production of cylinder blocks, cylinder heads and crankshafts, as well as the assembly of engine assemblies and basic engines. Hangzhou Mitang takes full charge of procurement and sales.
The raw casting blanks are supplied by ASIMCO, Dongfeng Foundry, Yuchai Foundry and YTO Foundry. The primary machining is carried out on brand-new domestically produced horizontal machining centers owned by Hangzhou Mitang SILEKT. Afterwards, the final machining and inspection are performed on Heckert horizontal machining centers from Germany at Shanxi Yunnei’s facility.
We adopt premium raw casting materials and conduct machining and inspection using state-of-the-art German Heckert equipment. The entire production process is subject to rigorous quality control. After machining, all products undergo testing by the factory’s engine assembly department. Only after verified high reliability will the products be released to the market. All finished products are centrally stored in the warehouse of Hangzhou Mitang SILEKT, which serves as the sole authorized sales channel.
