Lock device for exterior handle of vehicle. The door lock device for the outer handle of a vehicle includes a housing in the door, a locking rod mounted in the housing via a first hinge and configured to lock or release the firing pin, a pawl rod mounted on the lower side of the locking rod to restrict the locking rod, and an outer rod mounted on the lower side of the pawl rod via a protruding to transfer the torque force to the pawl rod. The overcontrol lever is arranged on the third hinged part in conjunction with the pawl lever and is configured to restrict the pawl lever through the hinged part. The overcontrol connecting rod is hinged to the overcontrol rod through the first protruding and is coupled to the outer rod through the second protruding, and the control part is configured to limit the operation of the overcontrol rod.
