observation and analysis of crack, the results show that the degassing hose surface cracking is due to exist in the mixing process of mixing rubber hoses, uneven, inadequate raw rubber curing, osteoporosis and gap,
and other adverse factors exist in the matrix altogether As a result, the later improvement measures are to strengthen the process quality control in the production process to avoid adverse factors.
